Upon purchase, you should expect to receive your footwear anywhere in the USA–excepting items produced on demand or where otherwise noted–within 2 to 5 business days from order date and within 10 business days for International orders. (*Shipping may be delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, especially internationally. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.)
If not 100% satisfied with your purchase, eligible footwear can be returned to OESH for full product price refund as long as OESH receives email notification (email@example.com) or receipt of the items themselves within 15 days of delivery. Eligible returned product must be in the original packaging, unworn, in the as-new condition in which received, or damaged due to faulty construction. Refunds are not available for custom manufactured footwear and sale or discounted items can only be returned for even style exchanges or store credit. All footwear can be exchanged for a different size or color at no cost to you–back & forth shipping on domestic exchanges is FREE. Please specify your new selection when exchanging footwear and make certain the return address is visible on any merchandise sent back to OESH.

Reimbursement for full product price will be applied to all received and inspected eligible footwear via the original payment method (usually within 3 business days of receipt). Note that, depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the refund is applied for the funds to post to your credit card account.
